Q: Where are the blocs manufactured ?
A: They are made in America in a specialty shop in Wisconsin
Q. I would like my bloc to look exactly like the picture
A. The pictures are an accurate representation of the product. But with wood there is a uniqueness that no two are exactly alike.
Q: Will you be adding other types of wood?
A: Yes we are considering several other species. It depends on availbility. If there is something you are looking for send me a note via the contact page.
Q: What type of finish is applied to the blocs?
A: The bloc's are finsihed with a pre-catalyzed sealer and top coat. The catalyst is added to the sealer and top coat from the supplier.
Q: How long is the wait to get one?
A: Items in stock ship out within 24 hours. These are machined and hand crafted and require a lot of time. If the one you want is out the typical wait is 2-3 weeks.
Q. Do you make a bloc for "insert brand here" ?
A: Currently I am making them for the 3rd and 4th generations AppleTV©. We are exploring other options has well now. Please send me a note and let me know what you are looking for.
Q: Can I use "brand X" HDMI cable with the bloc?
A: I have tested this with approximately 7 brands of HDMI cables and have not had a problem.

Q: Where will this be shipping from?
A: Shipping wil be from Rhode Island
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship internationally. You can determine the price of shipping by adding your product to the cart and do the following:
If you use the Check out option - you will be asked for your billing information and address - after you provide that on the next page you will see the next shipping option
You can cancel as you will not be billed unless you confirm the transaction.
**Note** There is no way to track an International order after it leaves the United States.
